What VIP Status Means

To be honored with VIP Sideline Total Access, an athlete must:

  • Complete all four quarters of 4Q Training

  • Achieve all (3) micro tasks that inevitably position the athlete for success of the main goal

  • Achieve their primary goal defined in the early stages of training

  • Demonstrate sustained character development, mindset maturity, and leadership discipline

Athletes who accomplish this receive:

  • induction onto the VIP Total Access list officially recognized as a high-profile athlete

  • Certified VIP Status: Exposure to brands, scouts, recruiters, and professional networks

  • A personal profile listing on the VIP Total Access directory

How Athletes Earn VIP Total Access

Earning a place on the VIP Sideline Total Access list is the pinnacle achievement of Field Awareness. This high honor is reserved only for 4Q athletes who complete the full transformation process and demonstrate mastery of their identity, mindset, and mission.

The first step is to earn your way into the 4 quarters program. This is in your control. Athletes who conduct themselves with a resilient and persevering mindset and demonstrate consistent high quality character habits can be evaluated and selected into the program by a FA scout, who thoroughly evaluates mental readiness potential.

Once selected into 4 Quarters training, athletes will work 1-on-1 with a FA coach and set out a goal for the annual year. When all requirements are met, athletes will be placed on the VIP list for exposure to all who are looking to invest in premium, proven, self-led athletes.
