Field Awareness, LLC ("Field Awareness," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through fieldawareness.com (the "Website"), how we use it, and the choices available to you.

This Policy applies to visitors of the Website and applicants to the Vetting Sequence, including franchises, agencies, and individual professional athletes. It does not apply to information shared with us outside the Website, such as under a separate, signed engagement agreement, which is governed by its own confidentiality and data terms.

2. Information We Collect

Contact information you provide, such as name, title or role, organization, business email address, phone number, and any correspondence you send us.

Vetting information submitted through the Vetting Sequence, which may include entity classification (franchise, agency, or individual athlete), athlete or asset name, team or organizational affiliation, contract status or renewal information, the engagement you are requesting, and any other information you choose to include.

Technical information, collected automatically when you browse the Website, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and site interactions, typically through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not use the public Website to collect medical records, mental health records, biometric data, or other sensitive health information. Please do not submit this type of information through our forms; where an engagement requires it, it is collected only through a separate, signed agreement with appropriate safeguards.

3. Cookies and Analytics

Our Website, hosted on Squarespace, uses cookies and similar technologies to operate core site functionality, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Website. If our forms use a security service such as Google reCAPTCHA, that service may also process technical information to help prevent spam and abuse.   • communicate with prospective and current franchise, agency, and athlete clients;

  • evaluate and structure potential engagements;

  • deliver Field Awareness Character Quotient (FACQ™) reporting and related Performance Identity services to authorized stakeholders;

  • operate, secure, and improve the Website;

  • comply with applicable legal obligations; and

  • send communications where permitted, and in line with your preferences.

6. Marketing Communications

If you receive marketing communications from us, you may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those communications or by contacting us directly.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Squarespace, our website hosting platform;

  • email and communications providers, to correspond with you;

  • security or analytics providers, including services such as Google reCAPTCHA where used;

  • professional advisers, such as our accountants or attorneys; and

  • government or regulatory authorities, where required by law.

Information relating to a franchise's, agency's, or athlete's contract status, performance, or engagement is used only for the purposes described in this Policy and is not shared for unrelated marketing purposes.

8. Publishing De-Identified Findings and Insights

Field Awareness may compile, analyze, and publish de-identified and aggregated findings, trends, and insights drawn from its Performance Identity audits and CQ reporting, including behavioral pattern findings and audit-level benchmarking, for research, thought leadership, marketing, and business development purposes. These publications will not identify a specific athlete, franchise, agency, or organization unless that client has provided separate written authorization for identified or attributed use. A client may instead request that any reference to its engagement be described only in general terms (for example, by league, position group, or engagement type) rather than fully de-identified. This does not affect the separate name, image, and likeness authorization required under our Terms & Conditions.

9. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Sensitive engagement-related information, where applicable to a signed agreement, is handled under additional safeguards set out in that agreement.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, tax, security, or legitimate business requirements. Vetting Sequence submissions that do not result in an engagement are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate the submission and respond to you.

11. No Privileged Relationship

Submitting information through the Website or the Vetting Sequence does not create attorney-client privilege, medical confidentiality, therapeutic confidentiality, or any other legally privileged relationship.

12. Your Privacy Rights

13. Children's Privacy

The Website is directed to professional franchises, sports agencies, front offices, player representatives, and individually vetted professional athletes, and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the public Website.
