These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of fieldawareness.com and participation and consumer purchases of any Field Awareness products and programs, including the 4 Quarters (4Q) Training Program.

By accessing the website, purchasing a product or service, or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

Field Awareness provides mental strength, mindset development, and personal performance education through structured programming, digital content, and group-based training models, including the 4 Quarters (4Q) Program.

Services are Informal and developmental in nature and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

Program Structure (4 Quarters Training)

The 4 Quarters Program is a structured training experience delivered through educational materials, exercises, frameworks, and guided processes.

It is not one-on-one therapy or counseling and does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Program access is provided for the duration specified at purchase.

No Medical or Psychological Services

Field Awareness:

  • Is not a medical provider

  • Does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition

  • Does not provide psychotherapy or counseling

You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being and are encouraged to seek licensed professionals when appropriate.

No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding results, performance improvements, income, athletic outcomes, or personal transformation.

Your results depend on your effort, commitment, and individual circumstances.

Payments & No Refund Policy

All payments are:

  • Due as outlined at checkout

  • Non-refundable, regardless of participation, completion, or results

By enrolling, you agree to pay the full program fee and understand that no refunds or chargebacks will be issued.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Field Awareness including videos, text, frameworks, language, branding, and program materials is the exclusive intellectual property of Field Awareness LLC.

You may not:

  • Copy or distribute materials

  • Share login credentials

  • Reproduce content for personal or commercial use

  • Resell or sublicense any program content

User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Act respectfully within all Field Awareness spaces

  • Not misuse or disrupt programs or platforms

  • Not share proprietary materials or recordings

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

Recording & Media Consent

By participating in Field Awareness programs, you consent to:

  • Being recorded (audio/video)

  • Use of your name, voice, image, or likeness for educational or marketing purposes
    No compensation will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Field Awareness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the lesser of $100 USD or the amount paid in the one month prior to any claim

All services are provided “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Field Awareness LLC, its members, officers, agents, and affiliates from any claims arising from your participation in programs or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, after good-faith mediation.

Modifications

Field Awareness may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or programs constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
